  My name is Rebecca. I have spent the last 12 years carrying for my Parents. My Father had Dementia and Diabetes. My Mother has Alzheimer and Heart disease.I am Thankful in many ways that I had this opportunity. My personal growth from it has been rewarding. I've had the privileged of being there for my adult Children when they needed help with there children. Which has allowed me to be a huge part of my Grandchildren lives.There are very few down sides to being a Family caregiver if you adapt the correct attitude.The few downsides are mostly financial in nature.Which brings me to the reason for this blog.

   Its is financial unproductive for me to seek employment outside of the home.Especially since my Parents Blue Cross and Blue Shield was cut...something I still don't understand.So when my Father died a year ago a lot of unexpected things hit me all at once. I was proud of the fact he was able to die at home in his bed, with his wife of 63 years next to him. He had become bed ridden six months before. Everyday he had visits from my children and Great Grandchildren around everyday. It was very difficult for me to adjust to some of my new chores dealing with my Father not doing anything for himself, but I did it, and I'm glad I did. His last few days here, he was very lucid and said things to me that i will cherish forever.Our house hold income was cut in half. The preparations they had in MI did not help me here in Vegas. I had expenses. My Mothers benefits were interrupted for four months. I had a small online store that kept us fed, but we got behind. Something had to be done.

   I realized also that Caregiving is not all that I am, and that it will be quite an adjustment in many ways once my Mother is gone also. I started the process by developing a product. Its a great one. I did the research  laid out a comprehensive Business plan and started to seek financing. Within that financing I was also looking for a little extra for debt consolidation from the four month period.

   Before I took over with my Parents and bought this house here for that I had been working in the Caribbean as a Scuba Instructor for ten years. Out of the Country. I had no credit. I paid cash for my Mobil Home with my savings 12 years ago. So I looked for financing on line, or in all the wrong places. Then it snowballed on me. I have been scammed every single month. Now I have until the 19 th of December to get a loan of $10,000.00 or I loose my home to back space rent. If you want to know about loan scams I can tell you all I know and gladly will.
